Elements of Empowerment delivers interactive and creative resilience-building programs that enable people to nurture their personal growth.

We design and deliver tailor made online or in person group and individual resilience building programs for caring professionals, educational settings, community groups and individuals.

The programs are designed to be creative and interactive. Applying evidence based practices from cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional intelligence and self-compassion. These workshops focus on building anxiety management, interpersonal skills, communication tools and mindfulness practices. The workshops can be conducted online in a webinar format or in individual or small group settings to be most effective. These can be in a one day format or weekly depending on your needs.

Participants complete the program with a foundation in anxiety management, emotional resilience, assertiveness and self-care that prepare them for life’s transitions and challenges.
